Verify that you have the Crystal Reports viewer folder configured inside IIS on the other machine.  Look for any folder that is associated with Crystal Reports.  You may need to install the supporting functionality on your other machine.

I guess the problem is not with IIS.. as I hav tried to debug it with VS 2008 and i was not able to drill down more than level 1 in the other machine. I guess some settings or dll files need to be added to the other systems, which is already there in my machine that is why i am able to drill down all the levels in my machine but cant do the same thing in others.. do you have any idea what could it be??Any file or settings that is associated with crystal report viewer or drill down charts which i am unaware of and is also missing in other systems.

    Thank you for help...

    Looking forward for your reply

Have you installed the server-side components for Crystal Reports on your server (other machine)?  You can do this either from Crystal Reports that comes with Visual Studio or you could try to find the server installation package from SAP (not an easy task).

Yes I did instal the crystal report package that came with VS2008 on the other machine.... the same one which i have installed in my machine also.... it seem as if it has become machine dependent... thats what makes it more wierd.... What else could I have left out??? any package specifically for the crystal report viewer or the drill down option???
