We are trying to fire off Word from our server (I know this is a bad idea, but that is the only way to update the DocProperties that are acceptable to the end users), and we are always getting a Access Denied error when trying to access a document in a load balanced SharePoint web application that uses a DNS entry. Any thoughts on this?
