Renewal 'Grace' Period RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently took over operations of a number of labs in my Company.

One of the folks 'had' an MSDN subscription that expired in December 2016.

I tried to renew it through our corporate third party software supply company.  They said it was not possible to renew after 30 days.  I was and am willing to have the renewal period be decreased by 6 months ... I just don't want to authorize payment of the exorbitant "New" fee because one of my folks simply didn't know that his subscription had lapsed.

    Is there a solution?

    Thanks
