cannot unzip or install the sample.vsi file

Hello All...

I am new to the Dot Net world and so wanted to see a complete application and how it works.  I have been using VB6 for years but thought the time has come to venture into the Dot Net world.  Anyway, I downloaded the sample.vsi file, but cannot do anything with it.   Double clicking yields a msg that it is not a self extracting file.  So what is the proceedure after the download?

Have you installed DotNet properly,

After downloading you just have to run that .vsi file,

It will autimatically install the application
