Visual Studio 2010 - how to extend trial RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, I'm trying to register Visual Studio 2010 to obtain a free key which extends the trial an additional 60 days via this link: https://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/trial-extension/en-us/professional.
Unfortunately I'm getting "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found" message in my browser every single time. Could you help me, please?

    Best Regards,

  • Dear DG,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

I have checked the VS Professional 2010 extend in my side and after sign in with my Microsoft account, it re-direct to the 404 error page: https://www.microsoft.com/404.htm looks like yours. I recommend you report this feedback to the Visual Studio Product Team for dedicated information. Please access this website: https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/LoadSubmitFeedbackForm and report this issue then share the issue link in here, it will help us to trace it and others who have the same issue to know and vote it. If you want us to report it, please feel free to let me know, thank you for your understanding.

Since your VS professional 2010 is unusable temporarily and VS community 2015 is free, fully featured, and extensible IDE for individual developers, open source projects, academic research, education, and small professional teams., maybe you can consider to install Visual Studio community 2015 with update 2 from https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs.

    Best regards,
