vsct.xsd schema file


  • I have Visual Studio 2013 Professional installed.

    The article How to: Create a .Vsct File says "In the list of XSD schemas, select the vsct.xsd schema. If it is not in the list, click Add and then find the file on a local drive.". I cannot find the file anywhere. Is the filename different or do I need to download it from somewhere?

  • The answer is that we need the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 SDK. I found another article that says we need it for Visual Studio Extensibility stuff.
