    Can someone please provide reference material/code for hooking MS office dialogs in c#/c++?

    1. Type of application

    2. Way the application will use Word

    3. What you need to do with the dialog boxes

    4. Version of Word and of Visual Studio

  • Hi Cindy Meister,

    Please find the replies:

    1.Win32 Console application developed in c#

    2.Application will open office documets and save that as other formats.

    3.Need to remove the dialog "WordPerfect 6.x -7.0 Conversion" or need to replace the dialog with any other dialog.

    4.MS office 2007 and VS 2005 is being used.

    Any  help in this direction would be highly appreciated.

    This is not a dialog, it's a message. I'm sorry, I don't know how to "hook" message in Word using the Windows API (which is what you'd need).
