Is it possible to write to a third party server using asp.net 3.5 with trust
set to medium? I want to write some session data to a CSV text file.

I'm afraid you cannot do that——Asp.net cannot let you do to control every client's PC's permission（Something like User Account Control——UAC）。

Kindly correct me if I understand you wrongly。
