How do you create a 2.0 configuration file

I profiled a mobile device with the tool, but the only download option I see is to "Download for version 1.1".[:(]
How do I download a 2.0 compatible file?

Download? Can you just add it in the project, by NEW Item -> configuration file?

I'm very confused!
