  • Hello Brahmini,

    1. Are you sending the notification using Notification hub services?
    2. Are you using Mobile services to send notification?
    3. How do you think your question is related to Azure Webapps?

    Thanks,
    Syed Irfan Hussain

  • Hello Brent,

    Push notification works fine some days back.

    but when i create a new hub services afterwords it goes all devices instead of respective device.

    here is my code :

                                        var androidRegistrationID = await hub.CreateGcmNativeRegistrationAsync(Item["DeviceToken"].ToString()).ConfigureAwait(false);
                                        GcmRegistrationDescription x = await hub.UpdateRegistrationAsync(androidRegistrationID).ConfigureAwait(false);
                                        NotificationOutcome nx = await hub.SendGcmNativeNotificationAsync(serializer.Serialize(message)).ConfigureAwait(false);

    please check and if any changes required let me know.

    thanks

    Arjun

  • Hi Brahmini,

    May I take a moment to confirm your ask.

    Using the code above, you are experiencing multicasting / broadcasting across all devices instead of the DeviceID that you are specifying?

    If the answer to the above question is correct, please debug you code and insure that the following code

    "var androidRegistrationID = await hub.CreateGcmNativeRegistrationAsync(Item["DeviceToken"].ToString()).ConfigureAwait(false);"

    does not return a " null "

    Thanks

    Brent
