FAQ: Why is my scheduled report not sending?

  • Overview: The most common reason that scheduled reports stop sending in Cloudyn is that they reach the threshold for the number of consecutive reports to send without a change in the status. You can change this value from:

    Cloudyn > Report > Actions > Schedule Report > Threshold > Number of Consecutive Reports:

    This represents the number of times the alert will be sent according to the report schedule. The alerts will continue to be sent as long as the severity remains the same. Once the severity changes new alerts will be sent.
