Can,t map azure file share on windows domain added pc System error 53 has occurred RRS feed

  • Hi,

    we try to connect azure file share on windows domain added PC.below error are came.

    "System error 53 has occurred"

    but work-group (non-domain PC) PC can't map without issue.

    port 445 is open.

    below steps we are done.

    cmdkey /add:STORAGEACCOUNTNAME.file.core.windows.net /user:STORAGEACCOUNTNAME /pass:STORAGEACCOUNTKEY==

    It might be that you have NTLMv1 enabled on your client machine. 

    Could you confirm what this registry key (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa \LmCompatibilityLevel) is set to please?

    "Error 53" or "Error 67" when you try to mount or unmount an Azure File Share
