Answer a forum question

I've just joined (re-joined?) this forum.

Tried to reply to a question about on screen keyboard in Access developers forum.

I've clicked reply but I'm not getting a dialog box to type into ...

What do I need to do for this to appear?

Are you using a mobile phone to reply?

Just curious, 'cause this happens to me using a smart phone.

This is the wrong forum for problems with the forum software. I think that Forums Issues (not product support) is the place to ask. That is where the members that are most experienced with the software would be looking.

Have you tried a different browser? Sometimes that helps.

Probably you just have to wait. Problems with this forum software usually go away on their own.

Just found that if I click Quote, it works but not otherwise.

Answering on a tablet but also tried on a desktop

Cool. I would like to find out if there's some JavaScript security or something I can change to make it work on my phone.

Aha. its now working at least on my tablet .... 

Will now try and answer the question I started with.
