Missing Game Rating

Question

I've made a small update to my app and have selected the new countries that have been added. I made sure to uncheck all countries that require a game certificate as I have none. Once I update my list of countries I am no longer able to submit since the button is gone. How do I fix the following errors:

It seems to have been fixed now since I when back to my submission, made the necessary changes, and the button worked!

Hi there,
Can you try deleting the incomplete submission and restarting it? If you're still blocked in the end (after removing the countries that require game ratings), please let me know.
Thanks

The error is stating that you will need to add game ratings to submit this app. There are two countries that require the game ratings: Brazil (DDJCTQ) and South Korea (GRB). You must provide a game rating if you would like to distribute to these countries.
If you do not have game rating certificates for these countries, go to the "Markets selection and custom pricing" link from the main Submission page (under Optional) and uncheck Brazil and South Korea to fix these submission errors.

Hi Rick,
I stated in my original post that those countries are already unchecked, yet I'm unable to continue with the submission.- Marked as answer by Danny G. - MS Monday, October 22, 2012 11:01 PM

You should go to the first submission button - in my case the radio button was changed (some how :)) on the third position for markets with restricted rules as soon as I change it back to the second - I was able to submit my App.
Thanks,
Alex.
