Hi everyone I'm currently testing Windows 8 out on an Acer Aspire on aoa150 netbook. After doing some research I found that I was not going to be able to test the metro ui apps because the resolution settings on this net book do not
reach the 1024x768 limit. So right as I was about to give up I found this nice little registry hack on youtube that turns off the resolution downscaling feature that is used for optimized graphics settings. The video is located
here- http://youtu.be/wTj8xxpkmVE
if the link doesn't work search for this on youtube "Enable 1024x768 resolution (win7) on acer aspire one d255" the video is by TheRhino2009z. he also posts text instructions in the description if you have not installed flash yet.
Hope this helps!
