    Recently I started getting failed connections to my azure sql for my webapp. The errors are picking up about 40 a day. What could be cause this? 

    This is the error I get:

    Failed Connections GreaterThan 0 (Count) in the last 15 minutes' has been resolved for SqlAzure Database: XXXXXXXX (Default-SQL-EastUS)

    And:

    RULE NAME: SQL Error-522b9a12-a225-4503-b87f-e9efeb3b6c2d
    RULE DESCRIPTION: 
    SERVICE: SqlAzure Database: XXXXXXXXXX (Default-SQL-EastUS)
    METRIC: Total Failed Connections
