I am expecting some valuable suggestions from you all.
I am planning to architect a datawarehouse in SQLServer 2014 whose data volume will be huge say 4-8 GB data per day.
I will be using kimball's dimensional modelling technique for creating the schema.
Could you please suggest me some of the best practices and options which I can use from 2014 version while creating the tables to get best performance in loading the data with SSIS as well as from the reporting point of view.
I have heard of an option called "Fast Track Datawarehouse" which I haven't worked so far. Could you please put some light on it as well ?
