How to set time out? RRS feed

    I'm using LDAP to authenticate my users. Is there a way to setup the time out or expire time? The user claimed that the default time is too short before the web page prompt the user to enter their password and user name again. How and where do I make this changes?

    <authentication mode="Forms">
      <forms loginUrl="logon.aspx" name="adAuthCookie" timeout="60"
        path="/">
      </forms>
    </authentication>

    It depends on how you are authenticating to your LDAP.  If you are using forms, this could work.

    Thanks!

    Can I do the following in the web.config file?

    <authentication mode="Forms">
    			<forms name=".ADAuthCookie" timeout="30" loginUrl="Admin/Login.aspx"/>
    </authentication>

    Thanks for the help. I forgot, is timeout="30" means 30 minutes?
