First u have to create a microsoft account and then try it.
Create your microsoft account from here
Then click on the settings in the charm bar, in that click "change PC settings", from there select "users" on the left panel, u will see something like "switch to microsoft account" .
After switching to msoft account u try .

First solution: post in the proper forum. This is a tools question. I'm moving it there.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.Tuesday, April 30, 2013 2:21 PMModerator -
Hi,
Here are two methods you could have a try:
1.Open Internet Explorer on the desktop, select Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections, then chose "LAN settings", then unselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
2.Check the default settings of your firewall and allow VS to get the developer license.
