Installing Office 2007 On A Windows Server 2008 Platform ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have jsut installed Windows Server 2008 on a New Dell t410 Server, but I am unable to Install Access 2007 from the DVD. Anyone know why or have any ideas ? I have a similar install on a Win Server 2003, with no problems. Am I missing something simple here, or what ?

Thanks for anyone who may be able to help me with this.

  • Hi,

Products requiring Registration do not work with TS environments.

    You'll need a Partnership License.
You must be running an Office license server when using Office 2007 on a terminal server. You have the correct proooduct, but are missing a piece. I assume by now you have resolved it.

I hope above clarifies . However please let me know if you have any further issues.
