effective depth/color map aligning in unity RRS feed

  • I am using the official Unity package and using MapColorFrameToDepthSpace() to do the alignment. It works but it eats a lot of CPU power. I see that there is some function likes MapDepthFrameToColorFrame() which should be faster, but it isn't included in Unity package. Is there any faster way to do this kind of alignment?

  • A bit off topic.

    Is the Unity package Microsoft's original package meant for Unity 4? Are you using Unity 4? One user maintains Microsoft's package to be compatible to Unity 5.
