E-mail feedback during default workflows in SP 2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I don´t seem to receive an e-mail when I get a feedback/response (in a Collect Feedback workflow) from a reviewer. How about when task is overdue for the reviewers? Do I get an e-mail when that happens? Am I able to receive an e-mail when this happens by changing settings of the workflow?

  • Hi L3win,

If you set the Due Date in Collect Feedback workflow, after due date SharePoint will send an overdue email to reviewer and CC the user who has triggered the feedback workflow before.

If not set the due date, there will be no due date and overdue email notification.

If the settings of the workflow is changed, sharepoint doesn't send such kind of email about modifing workflow settings to any user.

And if the Task list Advanced Settings->"Send email when ownership is assigned" is disabled, you and reviewer would not receive the email notification.
