Creating any project in Blend 3 fails RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just bought the expression professional subscription which comes with Expression studio. I installed the studio and everything works great except Expression Blend 3 fails when trying to open the project. For example I start Blend, choose new project, select silverlight sketchflow, provide a name for the project. When I press ok, I get a pop-up

    Opening <nameofproject>.csproj failed:
The imported project "C:\Program Files\MSBuild\Microsoft\Silverlight\V3.0\Microsoft.Silverlight.CSharp.targets was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declartions is correct, and that the file exists on the disk. C:\<filepath>

And the file path is correct. This is same for visual basic as well.

I have tried everything I can think of to fix it. Uninstall, reinstall, microsoft install cleaner, and more.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you

Was a mix match set of Blend sdk / Silverlight sdk.
