How to set maximum limit of blob continers in azure storage account RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi There,

I am expecting technical help to implement the requirement and given use case here,

An asp.net app has a option to create storage account and a blob container in Azure account. If user will click the option, The app will create an azure storage account and a blob container in that storage account. Finally it return storage account name and keys(Primary/Secondary) to user. By using the storage account name and keys, user can do read, write and delete actions in the container.

Now user is allowed to create new blob container(s) also but I need to restrict that User's permission has to be within the container only not beyond that. So please let me know how to achieve this.

    Regards,

  • leverage Role-Bases Access Controls (RBAC) to do this.

this discusses using Role-Based Access Controls scoped to the Container
