Links to game rating services

Question
-
When I last submitted a game, I was able to upload some of many game rating certificates. Just next to each upload button was a "Where to get this certificate" link.
E.g. the link for PEGI linked directly to http://wp-rating.pegi.eu , where an online application was possible. The same was true for ESRB.
Now the links have vanished... Instead, the documentation links to the homepages of PEGI and ESRB, which is totally useless (as the homepages don't seem to link to the certification pages).
However, I'd really like to have my apps certificated. Does anybody know the web address for "CTIA Mobile Application Rating System with ESRB" for Microsoft / Windows Phone?
And could Microsoft please put those links back to the submission page or at least somewhere into the online documentation?

ESRB (for US) is not required at this time. Once we make it a requirement for future submissions you can anticipate that we will provide some information for it within the Dev Center.

There are some recent changes in game rating requirements for couple of countries. And probably that is causing this error for you.
The easy way to fix it will be select “Distribute to all markets except those with stricter content rules.” Option for “Market distribution”. This will deselect all countries that require mandatory ratings. And then you need to go to “Market selection and custom pricing” page to select/deselect countries and price you want.

Hi Palash,
I did this and released an update for my app. But now a lot of countries are excluded. Most of them I don't really care because I had no downloads from them. The only country I care is China with 1% of my users. So what can I do to get my app back in the chinese marketplace?
Greetings
Hanno
