I am working on active directory remediation on all the  service, Kindly let me know process or check list to proceed to Active directory remediation.

An also I need General process for Active Directory migration .

Scenario 1 : Domain is changing from one Domain to another domain.

You want a web site that allows to run this kind of check and report issues ??? Scenario 1 is definitively for a Windows admin forum. You'll never migrate an AD domain by clicking a button on a web site.

For now using ASP.NET is irrelevant. You need an AD Admin forum.
