    Dines,

Oracle 12C is NOT officially supported by Microsoft with BizTalk 2013/BizTalk 2013R2. You might be able to do the integration but it is not officially supported.

Edit: Oracle 12C was officially released in July 2014, and BizTalk 2013 R2 was released in May 2014. No product released after the release of a certain BizTalk Server version will be supported by that BizTalk Server version.

Never tried it, IMO its not possible. Well! This is not officially supported. Even if you somehow make this work, at the time of crisis Microsoft will not lay its hand on your environment to fix it.
