Expression Blend 2.5 March Preview seems not to like custom named Application class RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a WPF 3.5 project I had been developing in Visual Studio 2008, and thought to try out Expression Blend. The application XAML had both the class name and filename renamed from 'App' to 'Frontend' for coding style purposes.  When attempting to style the application (using application level resources and styles) the Expression Blend designer will not recognize any application level resources.  The compiled executable, however, has no problems with the resources.  I even attempted to recreate the project with Expression Blend, but after renaming, closing, and reloading, it has the same problems.
