PowerPacks in MS Visual Studio Professional 2013 PowerPacks

Question

I recently updated to a new laptop. I used to use MS Visual Studio Professional 2012 but IT department installed MS Studio Professional 2013 instead.  My project now fails to load because it appears that the new laptop does not have any of the following PowerPack options installed:

• Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.ShapeContainer()
• Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.LineShape()

Are these installed independently from the Visual Studio 2013 installation?  If so, where do I find them?
