New Plan - Microsoft.Storage Quota Timeout RRS feed

  • Anyone else seeing timeout when trying to setup a 1st plan after logging in to the admin portal?

    Network Quota and Compute Quota are ok, but storage gives only this:

    There's these errors in the Azure Blob service event log: around the times its refreshing

    Sounds like an issue I had "The 'Set Quotas' blade does not appear", please check this link

    If the quota issue continues to occur even after trying to set the quota again:
    In addition to the steps that Erik mentioned, the event logs on the PortalVM would be a good place to start.
    Do you see any errors in "Application and Services Logs" -> "Microsoft" -> "AzureStack" -> "Subscriptions"?
    Please send a note to us and we will set up a share where you can upload the logs and a screenshot that capture the error & UI at the time of the error (the image that is referred to in your post is not showing up yet because of a waiting period for verification).
