Where can I ask a question about .Net Core 2.0.

At this time I am building a Core 2.0 Library. I see forums for ASP Core 2.0. But at this time I have not decided I want a ASP front end.

What is vague about: I have a Core 2.0 question, but I'm  not using Core ASP (which most documentation deals with)?
