Possible to use data-win-res with {placeholders}?

    Question

  • I would like to translate some part of my UI with a string that contains replacements that are gathered from the current context.

    data-win-res="{textContent:'inKg' weight:model.weight}"

    the string resource looks like this:

    "weight":"{weight} kg"

    Is this possible with WinJS.Resouces.processAll() and if not any idea how to achieve this?

  • Can you please provide some more clarification to your question so that I can understand it a little better. Unfortunately the above question is not very clear to me...

  • Instead of static translations I want to include some dynamic value in the translated text. But I guess I am better of with data binding anyway for that case
