    Question

  • my SharePoint 2013 180 days expired.

    Do i need to uninstall it and reinstall it with license?

  • if you have the regular key then you can use that and upgrade the farm, or if you have msdn subscription then you can get the key from there.

    But if you dont have regular key then you have to rebuild the farm.

    Sarwar is right.

    If you don't have another Server/Standard license, you need to rebuild the farm in another server.

    Uninstall and install the sharepoint software is not enough, you can't expend Trial limit.

    Then you can migration the it to new farm.
