How to use ASP Script manager in ASP.NET 3.0 Framework ? RRS feed

    Hi, 

    I'm Creating Grid view in asp.net 3.0 framework, I want to use Script manager but framework not allowing to use, so how to prevent page refresh when inserting record into Grid view in ASP.NET 3.0, Please let me know good solution.?

    there is no asp.net 3.0 framework. a decade ago, there was 2.0, and 3.5

    to update a page without a refresh, you use javascript and ajax.

    Actually you had a 3.0 version that was soon replaced by 3.5. It seems the ScriptManager is available in 3.5. You could perhaps consider this 3.0 to 3.5 upgrade (it has likely the same requirements) if for some reason you really can't move to 4.x.

    ScriptManager Class Available since .NET Framework3.5. You can upgrade from 3 to 3.5, and their core is basically the same. Them use the UpdatePanel to update only the part of page.
