SD card filestream write problem Windows CE 6.0 RRS feed

I am trying to write file to sd card. File size is more then 10 MB. I always write one buffer (32kB), calculate CRC of written data and then seek to begining of currently written data, read them and then calculate CRC of readed data. I am writing the same buffer until crc match. After succesfull writing of whole file I calculate CRC of file and it did not match with source file. When I look into file there are areas witch contain data from deleted files.

During debuging I print some data from SD card driver to terminal.
I see that write request from upper layer want to write less data then is size of buffer and size of write request is changing and I do not know why.

When I am writing data through Remote File Viewer it is always requesting data write with fixed size (16384B) and file is written OK.
