    How do I downgrade a database from performance model p1 to s0.

    I don't see any where to do this in the Azure portal.

    I am using the new portal.azure.com....

    Databases -> Select database -> Scroll down on that database blade to Usage container. Click on Pricing box. Then change the settings to whatever you want.
