Why I don't have Javascript template in VS For Windows 2013?

    Question

  • In New Project window in Visual Studio 2013 for Windows on Windows 8.1 64 bit, in the templates menu I don't have 'Javascript' template (like this https://i-msdn.sec.s-msft.com/dynimg/IC600630.png).

I only have Visual Basic, Visual C# and Visual C++. Please help, I've been searching the net 2 days about this :/

  • You should have them, unless you turned them off when installing (I don't recall offhand if that's an option). Try repairing or reinstalling Visual Studio. You may want to upgrade to the Visual Studio 2013 Community edition while you're at it.
