Cannot obtain developer licence

Question
-
Guys, I've just installed VS11 and tried to check Metro style apps, but unfortunately I'm getting error (while trying to build and run): We couldn't obtain your developer's licence.
Please note that I'm during this process accepting everything which pops up.
Any reason why I'm getting this msg?
How can I obtain developer's license if this still doesn't work?
Thanks.

Hi atch666,
In order to get a developer license for Windows 8 Consumer Preview, please refer to this article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh696646(v=vs.110).aspx.
Additionally, your problem is related to license issue. I recommend you call 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist, and you can get more detail information from there. Worldwide customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites to find contact information in their locations: http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/.

Strange it should prompt you to get one when you first run VS. You need to input a valid Windows Live email address though from what I can tell. The same address that you used to post on this forum should suffice.

And I did exactly that. It asked me, I've typed password (address email was there) and then I've got the message (number of times I've tried and number of times same result).
One note, I've installed Win8 CP with a serial key (DNJXJ-7XBW8-2378T-X22TX-BKG7J) which I found on the web (why I needed serial key for CP is another question).
