Unable to get Developer License for Windows 8 RTM - VS 2012 Express

Question

Hi,

I am getting the error message like "Our server is  unavailable right now.Please try later" whenever I try to register for developer license for window 8.

I am using window 8 RTM build 9200 and VS 2012 Express for windows store. I have disabled Network Location Awareness service and still the registration failed.

System region is set as US, time pacific.

Please help

Hi Again,

currently I am not able to see the windows store also..when I take the store app the error message shown is "We werenot able to connect to the Store.This might have happened because of a server problem or network connection time out".....
