Multiple access-control-allow-origin headers causing errors in Chrome RRS feed

  • Question

  • There are multiple access-control-allow-origin headers coming back from the REST service:

    1. access-control-allow-origin:
      *
    2. access-control-allow-origin:
      *

This is causing the following error in Chrome:

Failed to load https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Imagery/Metadata/AerialWithLabelsOnDemand?key=**********&UriScheme=https: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values '*, *', but only one is allowed. Origin 'http://localhost' is therefore not allowed access.

The issue has been happening for a few hours now, and is affecting more than one of our environments. Why is this behavior happening?
