Alert emails not receiving

Question
-
Hi there,
I created a test in AI by which an alert email should be sent out.
The alert is created, butI don't receive the corresponding email.
I checked 'Send alert emails to subscriptions admins' and also filled in several email adresses in the 'Send alert emails to these email addresses' box.
Am I missing something?
Regards,
Marcel

Hi,
the email should be sent after a few minutes, not hours. It might be a transient issue, but if this continues to happen, please let me know.
About the management emails (such as the daily cap warning emails), unfortunately there is no way to configuration the email address manually for now, they will be sent to the subscription admins.

Hi,
A few questions, just to make sure:
- Is the test actually failing? Please note that web test alerts are sent by email only when it changes it's state to active (e.g. the test starts to fail) or to healthy (e.g. the test stops failing).
- Can you please validate that the alert isn't filtered by your email client? maybe it got to the spam directory?
- Can you please remove and add the test again?

Hi Asaf,
Thanx for your reply!
I tested again and now the email is sent out, allthough about 2 hours after the actual event occured.
I also received an automatic Application insights email subject '[WARNING] - Data for 'xxxx' is at its daily cap'
At the moment this email is sent to the subscription admin. Is there a way you can define the email adress(es) yourself?
Regards,
Marcel
