Error occur while creating package using badge image RRS feed

  • Initially, we have uploaded package without badge logos. Now we are again trying to upload it using badge logos but we are getting an error message while creating a package.

    Message is 

    Image reference "Assets\BadgeLogo.png": The image "Assets\BadgeLogo.scale-240.png" has an ABGR value "0xFFFEFDFC" at position (37, 0) that is not valid. The pixel must be white (##FFFFFF) or transparent (00######).
    Image reference "Assets\BadgeLogo.png": The image "C:\WINDOWS\temp\appcert_25A8\BSNL.14719BCC464C4_1.1.0.1_neutral_split.scale-100_7g0f64w7pwnqj\Assets\BadgeLogo.scale-100.png" has an ABGR value "0xFFFEFEFE" at position (9, 0) that is not valid. The pixel must be white (##FFFFFF) or transparent (00######).
    Image reference "Assets\BadgeLogo.png": The image "C:\WINDOWS\temp\appcert_25A8\BSNL.14719BCC464C4_1.1.0.1_neutral_split.scale-140_7g0f64w7pwnqj\Assets\BadgeLogo.scale-140.png" has an ABGR value "0xFFFBF9F6" at position (20, 0) that is not valid. The pixel must be white (##FFFFFF) or transparent (00######).
    Image reference "Assets\BadgeLogo.png": The image "Assets\BadgeLogo.scale-240.png" has an ABGR value "0xFFFEFDFC" at position (37, 0) that is not valid. The pixel must be white (##FFFFFF) or transparent (00######).

    please provide us a solution to this issue.

  • Hi Renish,

    The badge logo is displayed on lockscreen which is required to be white or transparent so the image cannot contain other color pixels. Or your package will be rejected by certification with this error.

  •      Regards to your response we made changes in badge logo. We created three logos of White blue and red color.
         However, we were able to create app package using white color badge logo but not with rest two colors.
         Please have a look into this and assist further.
