Change look and feel

Question
-
Hi all,
I am wondering if it is possible and if so how to change the look and feel of an application. The application I will be working with will be on a custom appliance and no other application will ever run on it. I will need to have the application run full screen but the custommer would also like it to not 'look and feel' like a windows application.
all input is appreciated,
thanks,
Jef

You would need to create your own buttons, popups, dropdown, lists, etc so you can draw them the way you want. That has been done before but a lot of work.

Very correct, this is what I was looking for! This will get me half way there. I was quite confident this was somehow possible. I am still wondering though how I can change the look and feel. How buttons look, how popups look, how dropdown lists look, etc. What is the best way to make them not look like MS Windows?
