does it recieve online update if i install it.

No, this is the only build that has been released publicly for Windows Developer Preview. It will not automatically update to a newer build.
The next release should be the Beta release of Windows Developer Preview sometime before March 11, 2012 when
the Windows Developer Preview is set to expire.

It is designed for for testing software and hardware compatibility. Are you writing software or hardware driver for Windows 8? Otherwise you absolutely do not have to put your files or Windows Live contacts at risk.

Look at the name, this was a leaked Build from the Milestone 1. This was one of the earliest Builds of Windows 8 and doesn't contain the latest features. This version was leaked on a beta community:

Don't use such an old version any longer. Use the Developer Preview or wait for the Beta.
