  • Hi

For exchange 2010 you will need to create a new certificate so that you can enter in your names for Outlook anywhere, autodiscover etc, and then export that config and provide it to a external CA like godaddy or digicert to provide you with the correct file.

    Look at Pauls article here:

  • Thanks a lot Dare. that is very helpful. but for some reason, when I try to Complete Pending Request with my CA certificate, I got an error as "Cannot import certificate. A certificate with the thumbprint 23AA63350078721259DC686CCEEADBB2398693C9 already exists". I think I remove it one time and recreate new Cert again. how to remove the thumbprint number out? please advice. Thank you.
