Cannot "Connect your application to Windows Live"

Question

Following the instructions in "Register your apps to use a Microsoft Account login" that is part of the Azure docs I went to the "Connect your application to Windows Live" page to add my app.

It takes the app name and language, says "saving" and then does nothing. What is the problem?

I'm not familiar with the Azure docs that you're referring to.  Is the connect page you're referring to at account.live.com?

Have the same issue, the feature is broken 15 hours ago..

You can go to this url and create an app that use Live Auth: https://account.live.com/developers/applications/create

Not working since yesterday.

Hmm, it's working for me.  What name are you trying to specify for your application?

This may be due to a known issue that should be fixed soon.  In the meantime, can you try this workaround:

(1) Sign out of Windows Live.

(2) Sign back in, in same browser window.

(3) Try to create an application.
