Changing from landscape to portrait doesnt resize RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using report viewer to dynamically populate a report. The number of columns varies depending on how many the user chooses.

By default the report should be landscape, i have set this by defining the page width to 8.27in and page height to 11.69in. This all works fine, until...

The user chooses to modify the orientation in the Page Setup area (to Portrait), then when they select the Print Layout they have every other page as a blank page.

I'm assuming that it's using two portrait pages for every landscape page, as the width is larger than what the portrait page can display (but all this space is blank). The second, blank, page is actually the far right side of the standard landscape page.

Is there any way to change from Landscape to Portrait without getting empty space like this?
