    It seems that it’s no need to add loop part to achieve your requirement.

    The result of following workflow is same as your workflow:

    So, you can set the same steps in SharePoint 2010 platform workflow.

  • Yes.  What I see here is a simple sequential workflow that employs standard Boolean logic (IF) and standard workflow actions, such as Pause, Email and Log, which are all available in Workflow 2010.  Here's a guide to common actions in Workflow 2010: Workflow actions in SharePoint Designer 2010: A quick reference guide.
