Hi,
From the error:
could not load file or assembly presentationframework version=4.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35 or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified.I think there are something wrong in your .NET Framework or Visual Studio.
Please do some steps as following below to narrow the issue:
- Please use .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool to verify your .NET Framework 4.5 and 4.0. After you run it, please upload the log to https://skydrive.live.com/ and post the link here.
- Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://skydrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
When do you get this issue? When you launch VS2010 and VS2012? Or when you run a project from VS2010 and VS2012?
If this issue just occurs at a specific project, I suggest that you can consult on corresponding development forum.
Whether or not you have installed VS2010 and VS2012 on the same machine? If so, please try uninstalling one of them to check the result.
And I suggest that you try updating your Visual Studio 2010 to Visual Studio 2010 SP1 to check the result if you don’t install SP1.
Best regards,
