Hi Gary,
I got a solution to issue from one of the expert in MSProject that since the task assigned to that particular user is starting from 21st of this month and By default, My tasks will only show the tasks which are supposed to start by today or the ones which was supposed to start earlier and not completed yet. But you can see all tasks if the check box ‘Show only Current Tasks’ is unchecked
To enable this menu, click on settings (Right top) and select ‘View Options’

You need to give us a little more to go on. There are numerous places where users see tasks in PWA. Can you see the project in the Project Center? Can anyone on the project see their tasks on the My Tasks page or the My Timesheet page?

Hi,
Check for this users in security tab in Server Settings, enter to resources option, like when you create a new user, and check for this user on Assigment Attributes if he/she has assign in the Default Assignment Owner field his/her name, sometimes this happens, and cause your problem, when other user take this field, is very common becuase the correct user recive the email with the notification but in my task section don't see the tasks.

Hi Gary,
What we have seen is when a user tries to access the PWA link http://<servername>:3361/PWA Project Name: ABC
none of the tasks which are assigned to him is visible. So far what we have seen is one of the member, who is a member of Project Manager group can view all the tasks.
Rest of the members who are a part of Team Leads could not see anything. So after making them a member of Project Manager did not help.
When the Manager do an update to the Master Plan and Publish it on to the server it shoots an email to the members whom the tasks are assigned but unable to see anything.

Did your users check the My Tasks page? The timesheet page? This is where users typcially see their assignments. If they are not appearing on these pages, then I would follow Raymundo's suggestion that you check to see if these resources are their own default assignment owners. If they are not, their assignments will appear on the the Project Manager's My Tasks page.
